FAVORITE CHEESE
Probably any good goat cheese but I’m also a sucker for Cotija.
FAVORITE DESSERT
For me having a favorite dessert would be like admitting that I liked one of my children more than the others. I love them all equally for who they are.
MOST MEMORABLE MEAL & WHY
9 course tasting menu with wine pairings at Abacus in Dallas. Went there for a first date and ended up marrying the girl.

MOST MEMORABLE MEAL & WHY
18 course tasting menu at Dos Palillos in Barcelona. Who knew I'd love lamb brains so much?!
COMFORT FOOD CRAVING
Korean food, Hanbat on W. 35th Street near Herald Square, specifically.
MOST MEMORABLE WINE TASTING EXPERIENCE
Clos Cibonne Rosé (every vintage!). 1994 Felsina Chianti Classico and 1971 Ricasoli Chianti Classico, respectively. All have been real A-Ha! moments in understanding the evolution of wine.
